GEOCACHING

An Easy Puzzle, a “HARD” Puzzle, and a Frustrating Puzzle

Today’s puzzles were quite varied. The first one we tried was pretty clear (to us, anyway) about what needed to be done. There were a few ambiguities depending on which source(s) you consulted, but we were able to arrive at the correct answer pretty quickly. The second puzzle was straightforward, fun, and unique. And the third … that one had us going crazy for over an hour this evening!

To Boldly Go….

Rich in NEPA and I solved this puzzle quite easily and we got the green light from the solution checker. I doubt we’ll be visiting the area anytime soon, but we’ll put it on our list and if we have the opportunity we’ll stop and search for the cache. Thanks for a puzzle that was truly out of this world!

Rich in NEPA and I began working on this puzzle with a clear idea of what we needed to do, but it ended up taking much longer than we expected. We had to use a lot of trial and error because there were quite a few possibilities for one part of the puzzle. After exhausting those possibilities, we were at a loss until we happened to stumble upon another source that gave us one more option to try, and that one worked! Thanks for a fun challenge!

A HARD Puzzle (or an easy one)?

:warning: These coordinates are bogus—solve the puzzle to determine the correct coordinates!

Rich in NEPA and I solved the puzzle this afternoon, and it was confirmed by the solution checker. I doubt we’ll be visiting the area anytime soon, but we’ll put it on our list and if we have the opportunity we’ll stop and search for the cache. Thanks for a fun, “hard” puzzle!
