This is the adorable crochet moose I made for Rich while he was in the hospital. That was back in May, but we didn’t get around to taking any photos until this week … and of course we missed some great opportunities for outdoor photos while the weather was still nice.

It was my first attempt at crochet, and I’m thrilled at how he came out. Rich was too! The moose cheered him up when he was in pain and was also a big hit with the nurses and physical therapists.
Do you know where else i could get this pattern? At Etsy it is no longer avaiable. I love moose and want to make one for our baby thats on his/her way!!

The pattern should still be available. According to the Etsy page, the seller is on vacation and you can sign up to be notified when she returns. You might be able to e-mail her through Etsy. I can’t redistribute the pattern; that’s in the terms of the sale. The seller was very responsive when I had questions about how to do certain steps in the pattern, so I’m sure she’ll get back to you when she’s able.
